Tim is your classic "all bark and no bite" type of fella.  He always boasted how he would tell off any manager that rubbed him the wrong way and how he was more or less a rebel, but whenever it came down to it, he always stepped in line with the rest of us.

 

He would often come over deli to hang out and talk to me, and he would magically dissapear if a manager walked past my department.

 

Good guy.  He can be a bit loud, though.  Did you pick up on that?
