Zach was your typical 19-year-old that thought he was better than everyone else (even though one would think that a person who receives customer complaints for his level of 'sweating' would prove otherwise).

 

He was an interesting guy to talk to, though.  In conversation, he commanded an impressive vocabulary of "big words" of which I'm sure he didn't know the actual definition.
