Back then, there WAS a pretty strong similarity running through all of the online comics - their love of video games was pretty evident.  However, it got to become a little old when every comic strip you read referenced some video game or another.

 

What better way to solve the problem than to do the exact thing that you're complaining about?

...and it's spelled 'ridiculous', by the way...ugh.
